The order arrived promptly, and the repellent is nicely scented with a variety of essential oils. While this particular product is advertised to repel rather than to kill bugs, it did not repel the earwigs in our bathroom. Initially, I sprayed the small bathroom all over, and noticed that there was no reduction in earwigs. To test the repellent more directly I sprayed the product directly at an earwig, and it did not run away; it continued on as if nothing had happened. Hoping to handle this matter privately, I contacted Kari the business owner to let her that the product had not worked as described, and requested a refund. Rather than being concerned that the product had failed, she responded politely that she didn't issue refunds. First time I have had a top seller decline a refund on a product that didn't work as described.
